DouDoujin Community Guidelines

DouDoujin is a creative community where fans nurture works with their enthusiasm. Our aim is to create a space where fans from all around the world can enjoy doujin (fan-creation) activities with pride. To encourage inspiring creations through collaboration among creators across different fields, let’s all respect each other and build a joyful space together.

These guidelines are here to keep DouDoujin a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. We look forward to seeing how your participation will bring even more vibrancy and creativity to our community!

Article 1: Language
The official version of these Guidelines and any Individual Terms is the Japanese version. In case of discrepancies between the Japanese version and versions in other languages, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 2: General Conduct Across the Service
1. Be Considerate
   DouDoujin is a community for enjoying and sharing works, not for attacking or harassing others. Let’s respect one another and create a welcoming space for everyone.

2. No Spam or Fraud
   Actions that disrupt the community, such as spamming or fraud, are not allowed. Avoid manipulating content, followers, or other deceptive practices that undermine community trust.

3. Respect Privacy
   Protect the privacy of others. Do not post sensitive media or private information without permission.

4. No Impersonation
   While real names are not required, please refrain from impersonating other users or DouDoujin staff members. Honesty and openness in communication are essential.

5. No Illegal Content
   Posting illegal content or conducting solicitations within the community is prohibited. Let’s keep this a safe space for everyone.

6. Use the Report Feature Properly
   Avoid reporting content solely based on personal preferences or subjective judgments of quality. Misuse of the reporting feature may lead to restrictions on your use of the community.

7. Do Not Attack the Site
   Any actions that disrupt or attack the operations of the community harm the space we all enjoy—please refrain from such conduct.

Article 3: Posting Derivative Works
Users are free to upload derivative works based on the content published on DouDoujin. However, please avoid posting works without permission or engaging in actions that infringe on others' copyrights.

1. Rules for Submitting Works
   When submitting works, please adhere to the following guidelines:
   - The maximum file size for audio works is 20MB, in WAV or MP3 format.
   - The file size limit for each chapter is 200MB.

Article 4: Responses to Guideline Violations
DouDoujin may take the following actions if these guidelines are not followed:
1. Temporary or permanent suspension of an account
2. Deletion of submitted works
3. Deletion of the account

Article 5: Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe your copyright has been infringed upon, please contact us via the DouDoujin inquiry form. We will take the necessary steps to address the issue.

These guidelines ensure that DouDoujin remains a community where everyone can safely and confidently enjoy creating and sharing their works.
